Located on the 4th floor, Restaurant Retrouvailles enjoys an atypical view of the Cap-Haitian bay, the airport and the North Strip.

The airy and air-conditioned room has beautiful mahogany tables with brightly colored mosaic tops, lights embedded in decorative poles that showcase taste and creation to create a unique and friendly style, not to mention pendant lights that project a soft and diffused light for a relaxing atmosphere, paintings by our talented Haitian artists hanging on the walls that recall the country life

Our doors are open from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM every day for a culinary adventure where taste expertise is refined.

Rasin Bistro and Bar

Located on the first floor of the hotel, Rasin Bistro and Bar urges you, who still clings to the traditional culture, to live an unprecedented experience in a serene atmosphere from 7 am to 9 pm to enjoy hot drinks whether you are coffee enthusiasts prepared from the gregue, tea addicts or even more for those who prefer beverages with local and exotic flavors such as dips, sugar cane juice, cassava, real tree and fresh water from a jug. Rasin takes us back to that distant past of this modern time that it arranges a simple, but elegant caricature of the tradition in its finest parts.

Rasin also offers a very diversified menu and a very reserved space for coffee breaks, business meetings and special events between couples, family and friends.
